Uses the patient’s own remaining skin and fat to create a smaller breast mound after mastectomy, offering a simpler outpatient reconstructive option without implants.

Nipple-Sparing Goldilocks With Reverse Abdominoplasty

Before

Uses the upper abdomen as part of Goldilocks reconstruction to help restore breast volume and shape after mastectomy. This procedure uses a single incision beneath the breast, allowing nearby abdominal fat to be brought upward into the reconstruction.

Nipple-Sparing Mastectomy With Implant Reconstruction

Preserves the nipple and surrounding breast skin while removing the underlying breast tissue. Reconstruction uses the patient's existing implants or new implants as part of an individualized surgical plan. In some cases, implant reconstruction is performed at the same operation; in others, it follows an initial Goldilocks reconstruction.
